Service Description

BOOKING You may book only 1 rider at a time. SKILL LEVELS Riders may NOT be novice (Level 0). Riders MUST be able to ride independently. They must be able to balance, peddle, accelerate and break to a complete stop on their own. Intermediate (Level 2) and Advanced (Level 3) riders are welcome. Skill levels are determined by ORC staff only. If your rider is determined to be a novice, they will not be permitted to participate and a refund will be issued. For the Big Bear Trip riders must be a level 2 or higher. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT Safe and functional bikes and helmets are required. Close toed shoes are required (while riding). Athletic sorts, shirt, gloves, and glasses are recommended. NO BAGGY CLOTHING. ORC and its staff reserve the right to restrict a rider from participating based on the safety and functionality of their bike, helmet or apparel. Safety and functionality of equipment is determined by ORC and its staff. CLASS MAKE-UPS No make-ups for the Big Bear Trip. REFUND POLICY Refunds are available upon request. Not all refund requests will be granted.
