Behind Every Sticker is a Story of Resilience
In our programs, two wheels can be the ultimate classroom for building mental and physical toughness. That’s why we created the Grit Sticker Program. Every badge on a rider's helmet represents a real-world victory over self-doubt, a steep hill, or a challenging trail.
Earned, Not Given: The Grit Stickers
Riders proudly display their growth by applying these high-quality Grit stickers directly to their helmets as visible badges of honor.
How It Develops Lifelong Resilience
Psychology shows that rewarding the process of overcoming difficulty—rather than just rewarding innate talent—rewires how kids view challenges.
The Helmet Effect: When a child looks at their stickered helmet, they don’t just see decorations. They see a physical record of times they wanted to quit but chose to keep pedaling instead.

Skill Levels
Skill level assessments are done each season. Riders are placed into skill groups based on ORC standards of Skill, Fitness and Attitude. This ensures each rider has a safe, fun and developmentally appropriate experience.
