Service Description
BOOKING You may book only 1 rider at a time. SKILL LEVELS Riders may NOT be novice (Level 0). Riders MUST be able to ride independently. They must be able to balance, peddle, accelerate and break to a complete stop on their own. Beginners are welcome if they can ride independently. Intermediate (Level 2) and Advanced (Level 3) riders are welcome. Skill levels are determined by ORC staff only. If your rider is determined to be a novice, they will not be permitted to participate and a refund will be issued. For the Big Bear Trips and Race Team riders must be a level 2 or higher. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT Safe and functional bikes and helmets are required. Close toed shoes are required (while riding). Athletic sorts, shirt, gloves, and glasses are recommended. NO BAGGY CLOTHING. ORC and its staff reserve the right to restrict a rider from participating based on the safety and functionality of their bike, helmet or apparel. Safety and functionality of equipment is determined by ORC and its staff. CANCELATION POLICY The ORC cancels classes for heat of 89 degrees or higher, moderate or heavy rain and Air Quality of 101 or higher. CLASS MAKE-UPS For the Weekly Ride Program: riders can make up classes by attending another class on a different day with ORC approval. The ORC may offer 1-2 weeks of additional Weekly Rides to make up for cancelled rides. No make-ups for the Big Bear Trips or Race Team practices or events. REFUND POLICY Refunds are available upon request. Not all refund requests will be granted.
